I have to do a project where we do our identity and what are names mean. I need help because I have been looking all day and can't figure out answers to these questions.
- What does your name mean?
- What culture does your name come from?
- What country is your name most popular?
- A famous person with your name
My name is Sawyer middle name Lelan. I need help because all the sites on the web are not doing my names right. They keep saying its a boy name but its wrong because I am a girl with a girl name. Also I can not find where my name is from, or what it means. Also there is no famous person named Sawyer Lelan. so please help.

This site has some information on Sawyer if you click on the link in this reply. It's a surname so it is used for both boys and girls, although it is currently more common for boys. Tom Sawyer is probably the most famous person with the name Sawyer. He was a Mark Twain character named after a "sawyer", sunken logs in the Mississippi that were dangerous to boats.
