Dulcinea pronunciation

I have always heard the name Dulcinea pronounced as dul-sih-NAY-uh.Today I learned that Webster's dictionary site lists two pronunciations, neither of which are the one I'm familiar with. http://www.webster.com/dictionary/dulcineaAny thoughts on this? This site doesn't have the name in the database.
