How do you pronounce ð?
It's been driving me nuts. I see it all the time in Icelandic words but I don't know how it's pronounced. On my character map it is called Latin letter Eth...is it pronounced "eth"? I thought it was TH at first but then I figured out that Þ is pronounced like a TH. Or does it have a D sound in it lik dh, but with a silent H? Or none of the above?Anyone know?

It's just old Nordic letters. Strange ones.In regards to the Þ & þ:
"Th" or simply "T". (Thor or Tor as an example here.) You pronounce it as that. Now with the Ð and ð:
It's pronounced as a simple D.I hope that helped you some.
