Hudson joined his sister Ysabel, and his name is an homage to his grandfather. Ysabel was jealous that her brother got a second middle, but she was consoled upon realizing that his initials spell HAMS while hers are YAS. Nora is firmly convinced that both Ysabel and Hudson are child geniuses, because Yz can read already and Hudson has shown a preference for classical music.
Madeleine decided to get into politics and is studying in DC, where she met Anna Himura, a social activist who showed her the ways of Washington. They fell in love over the course of a long process to get an education bill passed. They moved in together, and have made activism the center of their lives. While Zella disapproves of Anna's libertarian politics, Hamilton rather likes her-- she's clever and treats his daughter like some kind of czarina.
