Joseph and Beth have been dating for the past eight years--ever since they met in Beth's freshman year of college. Now, they are newlyweds! Joseph, a realtor, recently purchased a four bedroom rancher that the two of them fell in love with. It needs a little work, but they are willing to do a little renovating (especially because Beth's dad is a contractor). Beth is a first grade teacher at a local elementary school, where she also coaches soccer in the local kids rec league.
