I prefer Tatiana because Katiana reminds me of Katana which I believe means sword, but neither is my style. Here are some similar (to me at least)names that I kind of like Katrina, Ekaterina (nn Katia), Leticia ... and I'm stuck sorry :D Oh, & your name Catriona which I think is beautiful with the "o" pronounced.
