I have to be difficult here and say I neither love nor hate it ;-)
I'd like to see it on someone else's child, because it's different from all the Sophie's and Emma's I am sick of, but it still doesn't appeal to me. It's just the word 'moan' with an A on the end.
ETA: I do like Ramona and I suppose Mona could be short for it - though personally I would't want to shorten it.
