Katherine with nn Kate or just Kate, maybe with nn Katie?
I like Katie as a full name but not as much as Kate. Also, I tend to prefer Kate as a nn for Kathleen with Cate as a nn for Catherine. Then, Kathryn or Katarina....pretty much, I adore any of the Kate names. Out of your list though, Katherine nn Kate or just Kate :)
