I love Vered! The sound is lovely, though it is a bit unusual for English eyes, but a double-take isn't always bad :)
I think it's very useable - I don't think most people will recognise it is hebrew, it doesn't have any particularly harsh sounds that are tell-tell signs, and it's meaning is neutrally/universally lovely :)
A few combo ideas...
Vered Celia or Celia Vered (heavenly rose0
Vered Winifred
Vered Noreena
Vered Martha (rose lady?)
Vered Louisa
Vered Irena (rose of peace?)
Vered Adora (possibly too sappy though ;)
