I like it. It sounds wholesome, warm and good-natured.
I really love the story from the Old Testament (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rebekah) and always think of it when I meet someone with this name.
It's a good traditional name. It may become more or less popular, but it will always be a classic.
Rebecca looks prettier when written but both are fine.
