I like Orla. I also like Orfhlaith because it seems so unnecessary. :)
Orla seems motherly and apron-wearing and a bit rainy, so I'd enjoy it with something to play on that:
Orla Marjorie
Orla Hedwig
Orla Roisin
I really want to say Orla Geraldine, but it might sound a bit awkward. I actually couldn't pair it with a lot of my stock names of that nature because they didn't sound right!
But for fun I'll also try to pair it with something more cheerful:
Orla Amy
Orla Penelope
Orla Persephone
Orla Wendy - ooh
