I love Hermione too! I don't know if I'd use it, though. The association with Harry Potter is very strong. I am a Harry Potter fan and I think she would be an admirable character to be named after, but I don't know if I would bestow a name with such a heavy association on my daughter.
I don't really make combos, but I think she needs to be paired with shorter, more simple middle names.
