As a mn for family reasons, it's fine. But male -mond names are very dusty and dated, and female -monde names are, I think, pretty well unknown outside French-speaking communities.
I like Rémi, which I think could stand alone; if not, I'd consider something like Rachel for the Ray- element and/or Rosamond for the ending.
