I'm from the Chicago area, and I've only ever heard the uh-LEE-shuh pronunciation. It's a nice enough name, but not one I'd ever use.
However, as I understand it, the name is pronounced uh-LEE-see-uh in Great Britain, which I find much more palatable. But I don't think that pronunciation has caught on anywhere in the States, sadly.
