It's okay. I used to live in Romania and it is super common there for women aged 25+ Ruxandra is a bit more interesting and so is Ruxanda. I am also not that fond of Rox or Roxy, they seem L.A. beach/surfer girl/2000s to me. I like Roxanne better too.
