Backwords heaven seems cheesy. It isn't the worst name, but it feels like it is trying too hard to be precious. I'm not crazy about Celeste for similar reasons, but it is a bit better than Nevaeh or Heaven as a name.

I do like some names that have a heavenly or paradise meaning such as Amaterasu, Caelius, Firdaus, Haneul, Heirani, Leilani, etc...
