I'm neither Jewish nor know much about Jewish names, but I'm polish and I've never heard about the name
Helle being used in Poland. The usual Polish form of Eliyah/Eliyahu is
Eliasz, there is also a bit older, sort of archaic one I guess, which is Heliasz. So I doubt someone would use
Helle as another form of this name here, but as I say I'm not an expert on Jewish names, maybe it could be a diminutive or something? That'd make more sense to me...
Hope that helps a little bit. :)
