Kaylynn is ok, even if only a combo of popular sounds, but I don’t like that spelling, it’s awkward.
Gillean is odd to me and only reminds me of the girls’ name Gillian. I’d prefer Gilead, although that seems to be controversial in the comments due to the association with the book/show. But it’s not my association so I personally think it’s ok.
