I really, really like it. It upstages Amber, but the latter has been in longer use and will get better responses. Ember is safer as a NN or middle name. As a first name, I think that unwanted expectations might come with it. For example, the name doesn't make sense on someone who doesn't want to come out of their shell and never does. Imagine a flame that doesn't even flicker. It just seems wrong.
