WAY too many N's in
Taliesin Dylan Evans. Just--no. Too many N's.
I live in Wisconsin, and so I immediately think of
Taliesin,
Frank Lloyd Wright's home. It's a gorgeous place, and it's pronunced tal-YES-in (tal sounds like
Al) around here. Tal-ee-ES-in and tally-ES-in sound overly drawn out to me.
I really like
Taliesin with the nn
Tal (once again, rhyming with
Al). I probably wouldn't use it, but I have good associations with it, and I think it's very handsome.
