Melanie is a decent name. It's not my favorite, but I don't consider it to be a bad name either. Lilah Melanie sounds nice.
Mischa is decent, but it seems like people might assume that you named her after Mischa Barton. I have actually met a female Misha (with this spelling) who is now around age 30. I personally prefer Misha to Mischa.
