I pronounce Lila as LIE-luh, since that's the first pronounciation I heard. I grew up watching Hey Arnold, which had a character named Lila, and her name was pronounced LIE-luh.
Leila, Layla, and Laila would all be pronounced LAY-luh in my book.
Lelia would be pronounced LEE-lee-uh.
I think all of them are pretty, but Lila is the prettiest. I'm from New York.
