Honestly, at first I thought this was a post on a name you'd seen based on the spelling of the medicine, Aleve. Is it possible to honor one sister with Natasha and then another the next go round? Natasha Eve is beautiful. Does Ellie have a formal name? A mn that you love? I'm thinking if so, you could give Natasha two mns. I just don't find Eleve attractive either spoken or written although ultimately, it would be your dd's mn and not many would know what it is. It wouldn't likely be a problem for your dd most of the time.
