Cassie and Cassandra are both nice but I prefer Cassie. Either would work with Courtney but Cassie and Courtney are more "matching". Cassandra nn Cassie and Courtney might be better than Cassie and Courtney since Cassandra isn't as similar to Courtney as Cassie is. Then again, it might not really matter if she always went by Cassie anyways. Most people don't like sibling names that are similar, but I don't think that it's a big deal. It might be more confusing (Cassie might be called Courtney and vice versa), but they aren't incredibly close names. People might be less likely to confuse the names Cassandra and Courtney though. Hopefully, that made sense.
