I really don't think Guinevere is too much. To me it's rather modest (in the same camp as Marian) and the one I know is quite reserved and lovely.
Both Guinevere Margaret and Margaret Guinevere are okay, but I feel like both names vie for attention against each other and I prefer that the other name be a bit more secondary. Combos that I like:
Guinevere Mary
Sibyl Guinevere
Esme Guinevere
Margaret Ellen
Margaret Susannah
