Suzanne sounds dated and annoying. Suzette is a little quirkier but also dated. I don't like Susannah either. Susanna is better but I still don't like it.
Susan is the best of them IMO, but I think Susan Pevensie is the only reason I don't hate it. Basically all of these names give me a kind of "Karen who wants to speak to a manager" feel. Or something between that and an "old lady" name that's just started to come back.
