I like Hermione better. The “nerve” part of Minerva makes me cringe. And even if people do think of the HP character, she’s pretty much universally admired. You could do worse.
It’s hard to find names that match Theodora. It’s got an elegant-yet-practical, rare-yet-we’ve-all-heard-of-it, feminine-yet-weighty vibe. I often find that names are either too common or too frilly to sound good with it, so I feel your pain.
