Maisie and Wesley are independently fine, but they don't sound great together. Since they both have an S in the middle and end with the ee sound, they are too similar to really compliment one another.
Maisie Joanne is an okay combo but not my style. Maisie sounds like a grandmother. I infinitely prefer Joanna and even Joan to Joanne.
Wesley Koy does not look great. The double Y is awkward and unwieldy. Wesley Koi would look better appearance wise, but I doubt the parents would want to name a kid after a fish.
