It looks like a fragment at first.
I get a vibe like I do with names like Etta and Joe. Kinda spare and distant or tough, yet familiar. Old fashioned and sexless.
It could pass as an initials name (N.C.)
I don't love the sound, though, personally - it reminds me of antsy.
The best middle name might be Clopedia.
But if we're very serious ... I'd avoid middle names that start with a consonant since they will run together, and -ia names.
