Based on sound:
Leander and Eliezer - these have sounds in them that are currently popular, yet Eliezer is barely in the top 1000 and Leander is not there at all
Celia - I'd supposed it would be rising just like Cecilia but it keeps hovering around 800
Raleigh - it looks like it should be popular with girls but it's not in the top 1000 for either gender
Cynthia - I can see why it isn't popular right now, it's a "boomer" name, but the sound is likeable. I expect it to rise in the next decade with the NN Thea rather than Cindy.
