Hailey's alright. But it's tired and bland now on girls. On a boy, on the other hand, it's very refreshing to hear; very handsome and dashing imo.
I prefer the original spelling, Hayley. Hailey's tolerable too, though it's a distant second to Hayley to me. Anything other spelling looks kre8iv to me (except Hallie, which I consider a semi-separate name).
