I'm not wild about Philippa or Penelope, however, I love the nns Pippa and Penny. So cute.
I won't give you mn suggestions since I tend to have certain favorites. Others tend to have more creative choices that'll probably appeal to you more.
ETA that while I prefer the nns to the formal names, I'd use those names anyway. Nothing wrong with either.
