If it is being pronounced Lily-Anna, I find it a bit difficult to say, but Lily-Ana Elizabeth sounds sounds very pretty, despite being a bit of a mouthful. It's got a nice flow to it. My main issue is Liliana is a diminutive of Elizabeth.
