It's a little surname-y for me, but it could work as a mn, esp. if it's a family name. If used for a fn, though, Sully would be a great nn. :b
BTW, I know a little girl named
Sullivan who has a sister named Sutton. But I don't think that means it (either of them, really) is picking up in popularity as a unisex name. lol

Van would make a good nn, too.
