I think Nevaeh sounds better but conceptually (irrelevant to usage IRL) is gimmicky to a degree that's annoying; also I almost always misspell it as Neveah because that looks closer to how it's pronounced to me. But I'd prefer Nevaeh because I simply don't like the sound of Heaven. I don't like the sound of Haven or Heather either.
