I'd probably call the child Theodora (and nn Thea). I have mostly known Thea (th ee a) but Téa is a name with the pronunciation tay ah) and Théa would be pronounced the same way.
I guess it may depend where you live. If you live in an Anglophone country, I'd go with Thea (th ee ah) as you would otherwise be forever correcting the pronunciation (if you went with [tay ah or]. (tee ah) is not really an option, unless that would be the pronunciation where you live (maybe if you live in Greece).
