If witch, House at Hogwarts: Hufflepuff
Elena was the first in her family to ever enter Hufflepuff: everyone else in her large family had been Gryffindors or Slytherins. At first she felt sad and left out, but then she met people that were just like her in Hufflepuff. After she'd graduated she married a Swede, Erik. They're now living in the outskirts of Oxford and even though Erik is a muggle, he hopes that their children will "get the letter" when they turn 11.
