Too cutsey - this is pretty awful, it's the equivalent of naming a child Millie Millicent.

I can't help but notice that many of these are alliterative. Do you assume that all alliterative combos are too cutsey to use or is it just these particular names together? Because as someone with an alliterative first, middle, and surname combo, I can say that my experience of having it is only positive, and no one comments on it being too cutesy. :)
