It's ironic the nickname Adolf Hitler had was also a Hebrew name (albeit with a different meaning). Anyway I like this! Not many people know this was used by Hitler anyway so it's better to use. It's short and cute, and a really good nickname!

Who knew this was a nickname for Adolf. Wonder if Hitler's mom called him this when he was little.

She did, in fact! As did all of Hitler's other closest relatives. If I remember correctly, his sister Paula (1896-1960) continued to call him Adi well into adulthood, right up until her last conversation (be it verbal or written) with him before his death in April 1945.
