Aegiale

Latinized form of Greek Αἰγιάλη (Aigiale), derived from Greek αἰγιαλός (aigialos) meaning "beach, shore" (also see the masculine form Aigialos). In Greek mythology Aegiale was the daughter of Adrastus and Amphithea. She married Diomedes but was unfaithful to him during his absence.
