Alicia is perfectly fine, why do you have to ruin it?
I really dislike this spelling. It just ruins a perfectly fine name!
I wrote my opinion of the name Alicia on it's own comment section, but to summarize here: it is a name that I find rather bland, though still relatively sweet, and one that I do not have too many complaints about other than it simply not being of my personal taste. This spelling Aleesha... it is the written form of my least favorite pronunciation for the name, as well as being fairly juvenile and kre8tiv. I prefer Alicia with the pronunciation ah-LEE-see-ah / ah-LEE-syah.
Hate this spelling. It looks trashy and youthful. Please, stick to Alicia as a spelling.

This is a total ghetto spelling of the overused, bland name Alicia that actually sounds ghetto despite being common on all sorts of women. The spelling looks ugly and immature.
Uhhhh. I am so sick and tired of people like the above commenter! What is the definition of a "ghetto" name? I mean, why do people say names like this one, sound ghetto? Is the name Alicia ghetto to you then, too? It's just so confusing!
