Hi, actual Portuguese person speaking here! Ignore the comment under this one, it's pronounced a-LEE-sya in Portuguese too (don't know if it's the same in Catalan though, you'll have to search that one to make sure :/)
Aki is right, the Portuguese form of Alice is usually just Alice (pronounced u-LEE-si), but Alícia is used in Portuguese-speaking countries, too. I once had a character named Alícia who was from Portugal in one of my stories, but the other characters kept calling her Alice or Alexandra (pronounced u-li-SHUNN-dru). They couldn't get over how similar the three names sound.
The Portuguese version of Alice is simply Alice (pronounced [uh-LEESS]). Alícia seems to be a very rare, non traditional version.
