I don't mean to offend anyone, but I'm not a fan of this name. The cow part is off-putting and the name itself sounds like a sound that could actually come from a cow's mouth (cows are lovely animals btw, just don't name a child after one). On the plus side, it's uncommon, interesting and ages it well.
