Good, strong name.
I prefer this name on a girl. However I think the pronunciation, although pretty, would come quite hard to an average English speaker. I still like the name.
The fact that this name is the name of a Turkish great leader in history is the biggest reason for its widespread use today. That Oghuz lord is the father of Sultan Alparslan (Turkish national hero) who opened the doors of Asia Minor (Anatolia) to the Turks. More; https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chaghri_Beg
Çağrı is also used as a masculine name. However, it's more common for females. So, I think that the "Gender" of this name should be changed from "Feminine" to "Feminine & Masculine".Source: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Turkish_unisex_given_names [noted -ed]
Pronounced CHAH-ruh. Ç is ch, a is ah, ğ is silent in Turkish, r is r and and ı (dotless i) is uh.
It's spelt Çağrı, with a dotless-i :) [noted -ed]
