I love Irish names and this is pretty in theory but sounds a bit too much like "cave in".

I don't understand why everyone talks about kids being teased about certain names. I mean, a name like 'Apple', sure, but spell this name simpler (like Kayvin) and it could work! I personally like the sound as it is simple and different, yet not too strange.

I have seen this in the simplified spelling Céibhionn. It was indeed pronounced KAY-von.
