Cihan is also used as a feminine name. However, it's more common for males. So, I think that the "Gender" of this name should be changed from "Masculine" to "Masculine & Feminine".

I went to middle school with a Turkish kid with this name. He pronounced it kind of like this: 'Chee-han' (like cheese + han solo). The first syllable confused me though and I could never tell if it was 'Gee-han' or 'Chee-han'.
