Decius is the name of one of the conspirators in Shakespeare's Julius Caesar. He goes to Caesars home in Act 2: Scene 2 and uses flattery as a means to convince Caesar to go to the senate. His character is based on Decimus Brutus and it is said that historically his betrayal on Caesar was greater than the known Brutus's.
