Demetrius

Sounds like dementia.

I really like this name! I can't get enough! I think it sounds intelligent and somewhat powerful. It's masculine enough without being too macho yet it sounds soft and lovely. Definitely one of my favorite names.

The name Demetrius when spoken in Greek (the languange it derives from) sounds charmingly masculine, proud and optimistic, yet soft and sensitive. It is my favourite male name and at this point in my life it is connected in my heart and mind with someone very special to me. Someone who bears all above characteristics and sweeps me of the ground!

This is my friend's name. He isn't Greek however. We call him Demy. I think Demetrius is a nice name but sounds a bit snooty to me.

I like this name, even though it does sound kinda hard to pronounce it's not too popular and sounds original.
