As much as I understand the concern of the English speaker in the comment section the name Diklah is a Hebrew name and will always be. English speakers are unlikely to use this name, so expressing your concerns won't change anything as you wouldn't use it either way!I feel like some American English speakers in comment sections struggle to understand the simple concept of foreign names it should be obvious that people who speak different languages will always have certain associations/preferences when it comes to names! I speak 3 languages myself and study 2 and seeing comments of that sort of people disrespecting names (not specifically talking about Diklah) shows your lack of experience and acceptance.
I thought this was pronounced like Dick La. Soo glad it isn't...
Has the word dick in it. Love the meaning however.
The meaning is lovely however the "Dik" part is dreadful.
In modern Hebrew it's used only for females, a male version of this name is Dekel.
