This name is too pompous and extra, and would rather suit a fictional character than a real person.
This is the name of a country in a bad RPG.
First of all, it's a feminine name. So 'he' will not be called Dragon Spit.
Secondly, I think it's a very pretty name. Seems a bit rough to American ears, a little choppy as well, but beautiful nonetheless. If you honestly can't get past the dragon stuff, then a spelling alteration would do nicely: Draegoslava will do nicely, if you must.
The "drag" prefix will get him no end of transvestite ribbings and "Dragoslava's a drag" is inevitable! And not to mention that "slav" is really close to sounding like "slob", while "slava" will be associated with "saliva" -- "Dragon Spit"! And if not "saliva", he'll be "Drag Slave"!
This is a girl's name, so stop saying "Him". Oh yeah, I checked your comments list. Literally on every "Drag-" name you say they will get "Drag- is a Drag!" Drag referring to a Drag Queen. Um, I have a friend named Dragoslawak and he has not been called a Drag Queen yet, and he's 14. So, there's a really low chance he will get that insult anytime soon.
